[Resolved] Indusind Bank — induslnd bank employe | |||
I am ravi chovisia having saving account in induslnd bank since 7 to 8 year. On dated 14/11/2019 i visited to medical road branch nagpur. As i asked to induslnd bank employe to provide me security locker which i have applied on 8/11/2019 but due to absent of one employe of bank he simply said we cant provide locker because one staff is not there. As it was urgent for me i request to induslnd bank employe mr nitin hinge to provide today locker to me but he was very rudely behaving to me and acting as he is owner of bank. He just said we don't need this type of customer and said that u can closed all your saving account and he also given me form of closing account. He is also giving customer false scheme which is not having in bank. I request to take a necessary action to him so that next time any customer faced any problem.
