[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Issuing a credit card by keeping customer in dark | |||
Staff of Indusind bank approached me for credit card issue as I was maintaining savings account with them. They asked me to sign certain papers . and marked lien to my fixed deposit with them. Wrong credit card was issued after giving false information. Now they are not cancelling credit card which I have never used and also not releasing my fixed deposit. They are giving no attention to numerous complaints to their customer care centre and online complaints . Was this information helpful? | |||
