Mentioned earlier also. Kalpana the deputy manager of indusind bank is not doing her job properly. She is only giving assistance to customers who are buying insurance policies to achieve her targets. She goes on lunch and take all staff with her and we as customers want to have any transaction we have to wait until she and her staff finish the lunch and sometimes a customer have to wait more than half an hour and there is no body in the branch to attend. Also will send th video for the same. Pl take necessary action against kalpana so others can learn the lesson. Was this information helpful? | |||
