[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Kit set to wrong address | |||
I am Sudeep Goswami, I opened an online IndusInd bank A/c. (Indusstox-3-in-1 A/C). Firstly, kit was sent to the wrong address. Customer care personnel have no knowledge to handle this so he said visit nearest branch. So I did that and I have updated my address. Now again kit was sent to the wrong address. No satisfactory reply came even after mailing them repeatedly. Was this information helpful? | |||
