[Resolved] Indusind Bank — lack of information, outrageous and ill mannered behavior with me over the phone and not asking for unnecessary extra dues | |||||
I am asked to deposit an extra amount of minus balance, i am not using this a/c since months. After depositing that amount they are calling me to say that there is more amount remaining that i need to deposit otherwise it will keep on increasing. Talked to me very badly and the employee did not clarify my doubts, disconnected the phone in between.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
