Indusind Bank — late payment of credit card

Hi,
I have been using credit card for last 2 years. And because of financial reason I failed to pay the amount to credit card by one month now.
I told the person that I will be paying all at the end of this month.

But,
It's absolutely sick the way the representative was talking.
