[Resolved] Indusind Bank — loan closed without any confirmation & charged monthly interest on cr card

Dear team, i have taken a loan from indusind bank credit card rs.67, 000/-, but the same indusind bank closed my loan a/c without any confirmation on via mail/sms/call. I have paid the my credit card outstanding payment rs.54000/- and the same bank its adjusted with my loan a/c. While my loan outstanding is rs.58000 approx., how can be bank adjusted my credit card payment with the loan account without my confirmation. Kindly help to reverse the my last three month interest + gst on credit card and continue the my loan emi.

This is fraud bank, I suggest every person. I[censored] Never any loan in indusland Bank. It's a cheater bank department. Vest your money... Very unofficially & uneducated employees working in this indusland bank..
