Indusind Bank — Loan Disbursement letter not provided and Interest rate not properly provided

I was promised by loan manager of Gurgaon branch Mr Om prakash bilhani.That I am provided loan of 2 lakh at 13.5 percent interest and processing fee of 0.25 .And gift of trolley.wallet watch. On loan disbursement 2300 rs were deducted and processing fee of 1 percent was taken. Then mr bilhani approached me and promised to refund 3000 rs . instead he gave me 500 cash and post dated cheque amount 2200 Rs. Which is still not encashed as there is no balance in his a/c.
