I had done a transaction on the indusind card ending with 0619 on NYKAA merchant on 1st December 2023 of amount Rs. 7758 . The transaction did not go through and I repeatedly wrote emails to them asking them to raise a dispute for the same as the merchant NYKAA confirmed to me that they haven't received the payment amount and the transaction has failed at their end. To that they sent an email to me confirming that they haven't received the transaction details. Then I wrote an email several times to Indusind asking them to raise a dispute on the charge however till now they haven't done the same. Their numbers are unreachable and they do not respond on calls. Email IDs are not correctly provided on their website. There is no way of contacting them. I have filled up the dispute form on 11th Jan 2024 and emailed it to them. Even today on 5th Feb 2024 they say they haven't received any form or any attachment. I was on call with their executive for almost one hour but then the line got disconnected and I did not receive any call back from them.
