Indusind Bank — Mamta Mann Credit card charges refund

I have taken credit card from indusind bank and they never told me that if i took this card then i need to pay 50000 rs and they will provide me shopping vouchers and they charged from me 50000 rs, kindly help me to take refund my charges from bank
