[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Misleading Customers with Misinformation

Hi,

I had opened a 3 in 1 account with Indusind Bank last week to avail benefits of my trading account with Upstox.
However, it is told to me today that this facility is no longer there as Indusind is no longer opening new 3 in 1 accounts. But, Indusind website still accepts new account requests and entertaining them. Direct link below-

This is complete misseling a product which the bank does not offer to consumers.

I have now been trapped with a account which is not o[censored]se for me. I am guessing that I will also be charged for the debit card they issued and any account closure fees.
All my time and money is wasted. Please assist and take action.
