Tried to book my ticket for the 1st time through bms & tried to avail 1 per 1 free tickets however the error came saying the daily quota has been eshausted. This is bad! I mean at the time of convincing me to take this credit card tall promises were made out of which one was this & now i realise that this is fake. What do bms mean by exhausted the daily limit when i have not booked a single ticket?

IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I bought my bike on 03/2018 and i completed and settled my installments regularly, they have one excess emi in their bank but they are not providing no objection certificate and they are not refunding my excess amount.
If they doesn't react i will file case and close your bank.
