Please permit us to clarify as follows:
Reversal related:
Our records indicate that we are receiving irregular payments from you toward the credit card account.
Hence, charges along with GST have been levied in your subsequent credit card statements.

We regret that we will be unable to reverse the charges as they are valid as per schedule of charges.
At present, the credit card account has been de-activated due to non-receipt of payment according to the schedule of charges.
We request you to make the payment of INR 44, 605.55 immediately to avoid further levy of charges.
Please note that once we will receive the complete payment we will review the request to remove lein from your Bank account.
