I had applied for a current and joint account on the 23rd August and the relationship manager came to my house, did all to get it opened. Now after 3 weeks, am still not able to operate it thru net banking as there is a glitch in your s, system for the last four days. How on earth can one operate an account by visiting branches in today's age and date. Please for God sake, improve your net banking system and upgrade the app. It should be a silent app, not with bloody music to start with as one can log in at anytime and not disturb others at night, net registration asks to create a user ID...IT SHOULD SAY CREATE OR USE THE ONE GIVEN AT ACCOUNT OPENING. if it says create, which the app says, then one will always create one...and it's not clear in what form..alpha numeric or what. Debit cards for current business account and my joint account are exactly the same...except saying business banking...they should be in different colors ...at least.
