Indusind Bank — Noc issue indusind bank

My car Num is AP29BM2604
I have cleared my loan in 2016
But the bank is not responding to issue my NOC
They are saying that some one has collected my NOC by I did not receive my NOC
Now they are asking me to get FIR copy from police to get my NOC
Worest service ever
