[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Not providing credit card settlement and torturing my life | |||
Hi, I have an Indusind bank platinum select credit card. Total outstanding is 97000 which is over limit. My credit limit was 85000. I am using this card from last 3 years. Currently, I lost my job during the pandemic and not able to make payment of my total outstanding. Currently, it is very hard for me to live a normal life itself this financial crisis. However, every month before the due day I am trying to arrange and make payment of the minimum due amount of rs. 5074/- from last 6-8 months. After making the payment of 5074 for 8 months still my total outstanding is 97000 because every month interest charge is around 3800 + over the limit: 500 + 18% GST. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me. I contacted the IndusInd bank credit card team for the same and asked for a settlement of the total outstanding. They didn’t respond to any of my calls and the only reply which I am getting on mail is please wait for 2-3 days to get a callback. The last option I was having is to call back to the collection team who use to give me immense torture every time. I contacted the collection team and got disappointed. They told me that they don’t have an option to give me and also started threatening me, that if I am not able to make the payment then they know how to recover the amount, they know my father’s and mother’s address, etc., and some abusive words on me and my family. I faced this issue and this creates mental pressure on me. Moreover, every day I got so many calls from the IndusInd bank collection team and they are harassing me like hell and making me think not to live anymore. I asked IndusInd bank several times for settlement, but I just lost all my hopes. I am ready to pay the settlement amount but I am not able to pay the total outstanding in a single shot. I have written you several mail and no proper response, callback or solution provided to me, I have shared the screenshots as well and see how you are again asking me to put emails. My humble request to whomever reading this please please don't trust IndusInd bank and take any credit cards or loan from them, they will make yours and your family's life hell.
