[Resolved] Indusind Bank — personal loan bt amount difference

Dear team,

Greetings of the day..!

My new personal loan a/c no : 701xxxxx97
Old pl a/c no : 701xxxxxx73

As per my discussion and committed with sales person, for bt (Balance transfer) we won’t charge pre-closing charges and we will charge processing fee.
And we can reduce rate of interest. So i accepted accordingly.

As below, i supposed to get … but not happened. And i requested to sales team (Pl) through email (Fyi, i have attached here). Till now no response through email / phone.

I have decided, i will CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND CREDIT CARD on immediate bases from IndusInd Bank.
