I wish to bring to your kind notice that, from my experience with your personal loan team. It shows their irresponsibility and untruthful one. I am telling from the bottom of my heart, your people make me fool. Your customer care service is very poor and it will give bad sign for future.

Your officials asking me “ why you pay the monthly EMI properly for the past four months”. Is being good is a bad thing? Is you taught to your officials to deal like this.
By this way of behaving you will lost all your customers. Be careful Don’t cheat the another one, like me.

I am not interesting to continue for 12 months with your services for fore closure. so kindly make formalities for fore –closure of my personnel loan as earlier. If you can do something in favor of me kindly foreclose the loan. Please waive off the 4 % foreclosure charges it's a humble request to the IndusInd bank .

The persons involved in the issue :

1. Mr. Selva – [protected] (sales Executive cheating person) – presently he is recently resigned. ( Relieving pending)
2. Mr. Raja Manikam – [protected]. – Manager PL ( He is the one who talk with me on behalf of your bank but now your officials told that he doesn’t have any relation with our bank. How he could my number and customer ID)
3. Mr. Manikandan – [protected] – (irresponsible person Manager sales)

Kindly invest gat the above said persons and come to an conclusion for foreclose of my personnel loan.
