[Resolved] Indusind Bank — platinum aura credit card fake promises by marketing people | |||
I have received the platinum aura credit card from indusind bank 2 days ago. Its completely fake promises and offers. Here is the list. 1. They say for every 100 rs there is a flat 2% cash back which comes in your every month bill cycle and its not there at all. 2. 4 reward point each 100 rs transaction, its not 100%.. There are so many criteria you may get hust 1 point as well. 3. Very important, they say you may get 3 lac to 5 lac credit limit and i received credit limit of just rs. 50, 000. 4. They even say these offers not available on bank website as it is exclusively for mnc (Your company) companies. I have the proof on all the statements which i have recorded sales people call. After receiving your card if you call them, they will never ever respond. They are just trying to meet the target by fooling people.
