I have save my point for 9 month now your bank is not reedeming my points. Plz reedem my point in cash as it was promised.. Otherwise i will withdraw my account. Verified Support Sep 08, 2017 IndusInd Bank Customer Care's response Hi Arpit, We wish to inform you that effective August 01, 2017, cash back redemption is discontinued on debit cards. Catalogue redemption option is available on the link http://www.indusmoments.com where you can select REDEMPTION option and select Debit card and place a request for redemption of IndusMoney points. I eroneronuesly paid the credit card bill twice for the credit card no. [protected] for the amount 1070 on 04 Sep 17.
