[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Poor service and harassment of customer by sector 23 indusind bank. | |||||
My account was opened by Akhil Ghadhok, with whom i had nice little period when i was very happy with indusind bank; and referred more family accounts also with indusind bank ; but since Akhil went away to other indusind branch and was relocated from Sector 23 gurgaon; Abhishek joined as manager and i and flavor of worst language and abusive words an taunting words from abhishek; his assistants like varun vaisahishta also provided me extremely poor service s and banking with Indusind bank was painful; so even i am happy to close my bank account with indusind bank.. and for my life time;; i promise you i will never buy or recommend indusind bank products to me or my family or relations; whenever i will get time ; i will write free blogs against Indusind bank in this free democratic country; whether i live in India or abroad;; for em indusind bank will be a a third class bank..who allows its pathetic managers like abhishek to abuse and fight with customers; and give them extremely poor services; i have atleast 30 different bank managers who will be always ready to open a new account for me; and in the end only indusind bank will loose its business by not treating customers properly.. And in my case also Akhil ghadhok came to my home to invite and open my new account with indusind bank. Indusind bank, I got a account closure notice within one month yesterday at this email, but it might be a spam for me, so request indusind nodal officer to confirm which account you want me to close by giving details like name of account holder and account number. I will also like to put this complaint against Banking ombudsman and RBI against indusind bank. 1) Because 1st ur bank officials approached me, For opening account not me...They came to my house to open account. 2) your bank officials suggested and opened my FD in account[protected] which matures in march 2017, so as per the FD contract you cannot force closure of my account before this financial year. 3) I wrote complaint and abuses indusind bank, because your responsible managers abhiahek abused me and spoke rudely with me..Issue could have been settled but I saw despite my complaints against abhiahek, manager of sector 23 branch, Gurgaon, you did not took any action against abhishek(indusind bank manager, sec 23, Gurgaon) This was shameful from indusind bank.. I do not mind closing my account, but send me details on which account you want me to close.. Show quoted text Respected officials RBI bank, I will like to report incident of harassment to an Indian citizen whose internet banking is blocked since 3 months, I have given application to unlock my account multiple times to indusind bank but the same is not unlocked till now. I have been harassed by indusind Ind managers of sector 23, Gurgaon named abhiahek and his supporting staff. I will also like to state that I have also reported this as harassment to disabled to human resource ministry against indusind bank because I cannot walk to indusind bank to resubmit my application or make request to unlock my account repeatedly...And rely on internet banking for my important transactions. As a strategy indusind bank manager sector 23, Gurgaon have even abused me and harassed me, are not giving me attention and help to unlock the account. I even have recorded conversation with staff of sector 23, which I shared with indusind bank, which I emailed to indusind senior officials and directors but instead of taking corrective action ..The clever managers have tied up with back office to give me notice to close my account.. I will like to report this as a complaint in both1) RBI And 2) ministry of Human resources 3) submitting proofs of bad language used by indusind bank..4) for 3 months, I am repeatedly requested the officials to unlock my account but the same is not done...
