[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Poor services | |||||
I'm nikhil, i'm located in bangalore and from more than a month the indusind people call me saying that my number has been offered with a credit card and call me 1000 times a day to collect the documents, Once the documents were submitted no one bothered to contact me back with the application status. Therefore, i myself called the customer services after 10+ days and get an update saying that the documents have not reached them and asked me to call them after 10 more days. I wrote and email to the customer services which was replied after a long period stating that the application has been rejected. Indusind bank: do recheck my documents and let me know the exact status. This is the worst services i ever experienced before. This is not customer services, this is fraudulent.
