Team, As much as i understand your work commitments and the level of follow up that you guys need to put up with in your work. I just dont understand how can your team call a corporate office hr department to enquire about an employee. As company's hr we are not authorize to give out any personal contacts of our employees and also not responsible for the same. When you extend your services to people, make sure you have enough details about him to get in touch with him yourself. How you do it is entirely your responsibility. I complaint about your associate mr. Akash kumar from pitampura branch, phone number - [protected], who had the most outrageous telephone skills and had been harassing a female at our hr department who is in no way involved with any dealings with your bank. Would appreciate a response on action taken against this fellow. You need to build trust and not a damaging image due to such unprofessional people who defame your brand name.
