[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Regarding calling wrong person for installment money from last 1 and half year | |||
Hello Sir/Mam, I am Amar Patil having an idea card with number [protected] from more than 5 years.I have been getting call/sms from Indusind bank branch Ahmednagar from last 1 year regarding to pay loan installment . I have told them that they call to wrong person and to change/update the number till they call me regularly and not updating the appropriate number. I think the bank should have appropriate procedure to check correct phone numbers of their customers and not to call wrong person for more than 1 year which is quite upsetting.
