Indusind Bank — Regarding NoC which is not received by me

Dear team,
I have already paid my loan in 2019 everything is completed by persons at my nearest Purnia branch are not giving me my noc I have my RC but they are not providing me noc.My bike no is Br11AD2627. They are telling to pay some amount now. My name is Anil Kumar Saha pls check and let me know.
