[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Reminder to complaint dated 26.05.2016 reg. freeze of saving a/c no.[protected] in the name of anita | |||
This has reference to my complaint as on 26.05.2016 and subsequent reminder to that as on 31.05.2016. I lodged complaint also on customer care no. Of bank at [protected] as on 03.06.16 vide complaint no.39331658. At 5.13 pm on the very same day i received a call from landline no.[protected] of local branch of indusind bank that my account has been re-activated and i can withdraw cash any time. Today morning when i visited the branch to get withdrawl the cash, i was asked again that my a/c is still blocked. Then i got shocked that this is the working of bank that on yesterday i got a call from bank that a/c is reactivated on the next day the a/c is found again blocked. This is the fund bankers are making with me. Are they befooling me or themselves. From this incident i experience that the staff of bank is so responsible that they make a false call to their client that the matter has been resolved but on visiting the branch the client finds that matter is still pending. I am waiting till monday because the representatives at customer care has given a time of 3 days to resolve the issue. I hope by monday the problem may be sorted out and i could withdraw cash from my saving a/c. Regards Anita Was this information helpful? | |||
