Sir It is to complain that A representative of Indusind Bank came to our office and offered a credit card saying there is no joining or annual fee, so i opted for the card and after verification i was given a credit card on 28.12.2017 with a note that PIN No. will be delivered within 5 days but till today i have not been given PIN No. I have made a call to customer care no. which was most of the time busy or no person attended the call, therefore, i requested to cancel the Card because representative cheated by giving false details its charges joinining fees. however, Please take this as complaint and help me in cancellation of the card before getting bill.
