This is keep you informed that, the amount of rs. 10, 000/- was wrongly transferred to indus ind bank settlement card no: [protected] on 28th nov'18. And from the day, i have been co-ordinating with the team. I met the person in the branch office. They have raised refund request and committed for the refund amount, but still the amount is received in my bank account.
Requesting you to kindly support in getting the amount credited in my savings account.
