[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Rude behavior and using Arrogant language | |||
Hello Team, I have purchased Two wheeler with IndusInd Loan. My load got closed on Jan 2019 and I have visited your "IndusInd Marketing & Financial service private limited" which is at Kukatpally, Hyderabad, 500072. While I have asked for NOC letter they have made me stand for more then 1 hour and I have asked for process to get NOC, instead giving answer in a polite way agent "Mr. Mohammad Saif" from recovery department and his colleague just beside him, they were on personal call and go on talking without giving any response to me. I asked could you respond to me or give any answer what should i do, he said. Wait I'm on call or come after some time. Also, when I asked you would have told this 1 hour before he shouted on me stating "you just go from here" come after 1 month you will get letter. Request you to please teach your agents how to respond to Customers, while we are polite you has to respond in a polite way instead of shouting on us in front of everyone.
