[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Rude Behaviour and threatening calls | |||||
Hello, This is to bring to your notice that this Asst. manager as he claims by the name of Rohit Singh (Andheri MIDC branch) can't speak in English for nuts. When I am having a conversation in English, he tries to converse in Hindi. This is really rude and was yelling at me over the phone for payment which was overdue. I understand it's my fault since I defaulted on my payment and could not make it on time but that doesn't give him or anyone this right to threaten me. He stated that it's not my problem you have to make the payment.. I am really worried about if I am banking with a bank or some local goons. I have made my payment but I really don't want to deal with such organizations.. He tells you either before, borrow or steal but I want the payment. I would never recommend such bank to anyone. I have not got a single call or revert yet IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. My sb a/c is blocked on 25-1-17. my sb a/c no[protected] chetan thakar.i have submitted all kyc documents to the miller ganj br ludhiana but still my a/c is showing blocked? who give me my loss. i need my money urgent but a/c is blocked. can i proceed to file case in high court against this fraud bank. regards chetan thakar . I m having account in millerganj gill road branch. The staff issued me two debit cards in my two accounts without my consent and without my signature.they have done my signature themself
