I have indusind bank saving since 2014 but its blocked due to residential address failed. But no came for address verification the told that there no body staying in that particular address. so that reason i visit the branch 21/03/2017 complain no.49321147 & i submitted all the required doc & they told me resolve by 2 working days after that nothing happen. so i have visited again they with in 1 hours it will be done ( complain number[protected]. for unfreeze one account it will take 12 days time?.
