Dear sir,
I have nre, nro a/cs with my family at your opera house branch mumbai.
I am doing transaction since year 2008 in shares with my broker. So every time i inform miss geeta yadav, mrs jumanna etc etcto transfer monies by email but since yesterday she asked me to give request letter for transfer monies. Why suddenly? Than all my debit cards were exhausted by atm machine (In st maarten) and i didn’t recd back as it’s upcountry card, and all the time atm machine states it’s stolen card or lost card but i never informed them that i lost my card. Than i filled new form to get back new debit card with pin number about 2 weaks back but till now nothing is done. Due to this i couldn’t sent my daughters college fees in holland last month, couldn’t give bonus to my maids, couldn’t sent monies to my sister in hyderabad who is widow and with no income, but surviving on fixed deposit interestwhich is also gone down. Thus due to not having debit card in hand i can not do any thing and now suddenly they are asking me to give scan copy of request letter for each transfer or transection and do not want to do by email proceedure.
So pls help me for this matter otherwise i will close all my accounts.
