[Resolved] Indusind Bank — unable to cancel credit card | |
I had a call with one of your agent called divya regarding indusind credit card, that i will receive the card within one week but after 3 weeks i received the card but i am not using the card since i moved out of india. I written many mails, which says will get back to you in 2 days/3 days but you guys never turned up. As i told by divya that if i won’t use the credit card for 3 months it will get deactivated. But it more than 3 months and but still i am receiving the mail. So i have wrongly charged 2519inr, still i haven’t opened by post cover. I have been misguided and misleaded by there wrong information otherwise i would not have opted. Please consider this as a cancellation request. Kindly do the needful.
