I applied for an IndusInd Bank credit card in the month of July 2023. The card application was rejected by the bank citing some internal matter.
On 27 Oct 2023, I received a message from Ms. Swati Pandey from Induslnd Bank, to confirm the delivery address and asked me to do eKYC.
When I refused saying that the link was not for eKYC, but an application request, she assured me that it was not so and as per the bank credit card dispatch policy, the phone number has to be verified (screenshot attached). She sent me an email with the unique ID "18344620" which was sent from the ID "[protected]@indusind.com" (screenshot attached). The Phone number on WhatsApp is [protected].
