Dear Sir / Madam I am having an NRE/ NRO account with your NRI Branch office and facing a very poor service from your Ahmedabad branch I had send money on 8th feb to my NRE account and inform your MR Ankur Sharma the same days, he said will revert soon but its more then 2 week we never respond to the request . Do let me know whom to approach for such kind of problem, and why i trust the service service of such a bank who dont know how to service the client Please suggest me the better way to get your service or i look for other option .
