Indusind Bank — with out my allow of the 2000/- was transferred to another account

I received a phone call from third person he just informed me that to check u r bank balance beacause o[censored] rewarded for cash back offer 1050/- so finally I just checked bank balance in phone pe suddenly the bank balance showing zero ..without my permission the amount was debited...finally I loses 2000 rupees kindly requesting u sir/madam try to refund my amount 2000/-
