Indusind Bank — without providing any customer support charging extra even after I paid the bill. | |||
After getting first months bill I have raise concern about not showing any transaction in my indusind account. I called on [protected] for support but they told will call you but I didn't received any call. After that I made the payment of bill but they charge me late fee even though it's not my mistake. They charged me for 7 month n then I got call from indusind bank from this number+[protected]. That lady threaten me and told me any how you have to do the payment n all. After that I called Indusind bank customer care n reported the issue, they took the complaint but nothing happened. They also took the request for reversal but without asking me anything they reject and resolved the request. I asked for senior person then all senior persons are busy so they arranged call back but I didn't get any call. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. Was this information helpful? | |||
