[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Wrong commitment | |||
This is inform you that i received call from mrs. Chhaya (Mob. No. [protected]) for platinum aura card with bt option, i confirmed so many time that bt (Balance transfer) option available then i will proceed for credit card and she confirm me that option is available in this card also his senior commit me that option is available but when i confirm from bank (Customer care), they told me this option not available for any credit card in indusind bank. After discussion with senior they told me option available in his system so i asked to send a mail to me because already i was stitched up with same commitment so he told me "don't waist my time as well as yours, don't apply with rudely". So i request you don't call me for make credit card and take strong action against wrong commitment. Was this information helpful? | |||
