[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Wrongly billed after blocking credit card 1yr past | |
This bank is giving sms stating as yearly membership charge on blocked card . It is blocked about 1 yr back and since then there is no monthly statement at all. So I thought it is fine. But on 8th Oct, 2020, I got an sms stating as "Dear Customer, the 03-OCT-20 e-Stmt for your IndusInd Bank Credit Card no. XX6005 is delivered to your email ID The Total & Min amt due are INR 236 DR & INR 100.00 respectively. Pls check Spam or Promotions folder, if not delivered to your Inbox. To view or request for your Credit Card E-Stmt, login/download the IndusMobile App: ". Though they dont send any mail connecting with blocked card. After consulting with customer care they disable my blocked card and getting sms "Dear Customer, as per RBI guidelines, International transactions on your IndusInd Bank Credit Card ending 6005 have been disabled. To enable, click _____". Now my question is total system of this bank is wrong. Why we pay yearly account charge on a blocked card. So please examted me from paying this yearly membership chrges INR 236 on a 1yr back blocked card. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
