Indusind — Not Unblocking my balance towards Nureca IPO

I have applied for an IPO Nureca Limited from my IndusInd Saving Account through ASBA.

The company has already been listed at exchange and no shares were allotted to me due to oversubscribed. I have received an email from registrar for Allotment advice cum refund intimation as per below details:

1. Allotment Advice Cum Refund/Unblocking Intimation No - 3112338
2. Bid Cum Application Form No.-[protected]
3. Bid Amount Paid/Blocked at the Time of Application (Rs.) 14000.00
4. No. of Equity Shares Allotted at the Issue Price - 0
6. Total Amount Payable on Equity Shares Allotted (Rs.) - 0
7. Amount Adjusted Against Equity Shares Allotted (Rs.) - 0
8. Reference No.- [protected]
9. Amount Refundable/Unblocked, if any (Rs.) 14000.00
10. NACH/ RTGS / NEFT / Direct Credit / UPI / Unblock Date, as applicable -24/02/2021

Request you to kindly look into the matter as bank is not able to provide the solution. I have visited to bank as well but they are not providing the solution.
