Induslnd Bank — bank can"t close my account.and say so many issues to closing account

My name is jagbir singh S/o Ram kumar, my induslnd bank a/c no:[protected] and customer id is 31024791. i m going to induslnd bank kundli branch so many time.but bank staff can"t help to close my account.i m so helpless in bank branch .he was saying more then six month after one week after one week .but cant closed my account.please help me.
