Induslnd Bank — Induslnd Bank Credit card Executive behaviour rude.

Bank Credit card department call me for their card, I already inform them that "I'll not sure about the purchase of the credit card. I'll ask with my husband and confirm". They still share the e-KYC link and said "please do the e-KYC still if you are not interested then will reject your application and that its ok". I was highly dis-satisfied with the card and not did e-KYC(its my choice).

Their CC agent call me at 10.30 pm and said please do the e-KYC else some charges or penalty is charged by the bank to me. I simply said its your job and if I'm not interested for your card than I'll not do any e-KYC.

Today again one "female" CC agent call me and talk to me very very rude and said "Agar card nhi lena that to details kyu share kiye" and meri baat b nhi sunni and phone cut kar diya.

Point 1: I'm not showing any interest to their credit card. They called me.
Point 2: Both agent are very rude.
point 3: One of them called me at 10.30 pm, which is very odd time.
point 4: Female CC agent was not listen my point and cut the phone. When I called her, she is not picked my phone (I have her phone number with me).
Point 5: They are forcing me to do e-KYC because link is generated else company is charged penalty to them which is not my problem.

Please take necessary action.
