[Resolved]  IndustryBuying.com — Delivered Damaged Chair and Delay in Refund

I am very much annoyed with industry buying services. I had ordered a chair from your website, order no - [protected].

The product got delivered 1 Week late. The item status was out of delivery for almost one week when I checked in the tracker. Finally the item got delivered one week late.

The item packing was very poor. When I opened the item there was bird's ### on the chair cover inside the packing. Then I noticed that the hand rest of the chair was broken.

I did not even open the full package and requested for the refund and to take this broken chair back. I have submitted all the required documents and still have not received the refund amount.
