Indya Bungy — Sold tickets but are closed

I have purchased 10 tickets on 8th September, 2021 for bunjee jumping. I was told the slots will reopen in a month and that it was closed due to covid restrictions. It's been 6 months now, rhe slots are never available. Booking ID: 5455

They are scamming people. Their WhatsApp support doesn't reply. Calls rarely connect. Fraud company.
I have paid 5000₹ for 10 tickets when there was an offer going on for 500₹/ ticket .
