Booked on 20th Oct 2020 for 4 tickets but did not get slots confirmation. They mentioned slots are postponed due to covid everytime I checked in 2021. It is 2022 now and they are not even responding.

Resolution: want a full refund of amount: 1596 INR

Same here. I bought 10 tickets amounting to 5000₹. Even since then no slots available and they aren't providing me and refund as well. Nobody answers the call too. It's a fraud company. How do we take a strict legal action against them.
