[Resolved]  Infibeam — Fraud Company

Hello, I have ordered two things through Infibeam on prepaid basis. They had delivered one packet through one courier company and another packet is still pending for delivery from last 3 months. I am chasing supplier a lot for this delivery and they have simply sent a mail that as per their courier partner material is delivered at your address. I checked with courier company and as per them they had misplaced courier packet. I asked for POD from Infibeam which they are not able to provide. i told them to refund my money but they are not willing to do that. My suggestion to all that dont use this company as they are doing Fraud with their customers. Arvind Sharma
