I wish to bring into your notice that I had returned the Boat BT Headphone Rockerz 558 at the Croma outlet in Vytla, Kochi as the product was of inferior quality and was damaged.
I have been told that since there is no product available at store for replacement, the refund is being processed and will be credited in 5 - 7 working days. I have been following up since more than a month now and there is no information yet on the refund. I understand that the ticket was closed without intimating me and with no action being taken. Now there is no response from the store as well.
I would like to escalate this issue to the respective officials to do the needful to initiate the refund process ASAP.
