Issue - I ordered the below mentioned Air Cooler from Tata NEU App through Croma Online store owned by Tata Enterprise on 7-4-2024 I paid Rs 8191 via Credit Card, the app mentioned that the product will be delivered on or before 8 pm on 8-4-2024, I still did not recieve the product, but in the Tata Neu App it says product delivered on 8-4-2024, but I have not received the product nor received any phone call from croma or the courier company. When I contacted the croma customer support they said they will get back to me but no one from croma contacted me. I feel cheated, when I checked the reviews for the croma online store I found many customers also got cheated the same way I was cheated, payment done but no product delivered nor any refund given. This seems like an organised fraud that needs to be stopped immediately. Please Take action and ensure I get my refund and compensation for the mental Agony

Defective product returned - no refund / replacement initiated
I wish to bring into your notice that I had returned the Boat BT Headphone Rockerz 558 at the Croma outlet in Vytla, Kochi as the product was of inferior quality and was damaged.
I have been told that since there is no product available at store for replacement, the refund is being processed and will be credited in 5 - 7 working days. I have been following up since more than a month now and there is no information yet on the refund. I understand that the ticket was closed without intimating me and with no action being taken. Now there is no response from the store as well.
I would like to escalate this issue to the respective officials to do the needful to initiate the refund process ASAP.

I bought a Samsung monitor they deducted the 3205.85 INR as IGST but there is no IGST number mentioned in invoice. Not sure if they are submitting tax to government after taking from end user.

So my friends bought me a JABRA HALO 2 BLUETOOTH HEADSET as a birthday gift, and just after that i was on a holiday for a week.

This Headset did not work from day 1, initially i thought there was some problem with the charger later i figured it was with HEADSET itself, as it was neither getting charged nor working
Once i was back from my holiday i called up #CROMARETAIL customer care no to figure the solution !!
Ms. Rajni from #CROMARETAIL customer care informed me to go to the store i have the HEADSET and either get it replaced or serviced !! I was wondering if could call #JABRAcustomer care and replace the product but to my surprise the customer care mentioned on the bill was #WRONG
So i traveled from #Andheri to #Goregaon Oberoi mall, MUMBAI and addressed my problem to Customer Care department present their and surprise again, they said i am suppose to mail it to #JABRA they will replace it, then why the hell i was called to the store ????
Further i was asked to go to the nearest service station to resolve my problem guided by the so called customer care in oberoi mall, again I get to know that there is no service center of JABRA in specific, in-case of repair i have to bear the extra cost
So i went back to the store and after yelling and making it loud to the store manager Roshan Shaikh & Ms. Neelam Yadav at CROMA oberoi mall they said they will repair the product and send in 15 working days.
WHY IS CUSTOMER CARE AGENT SO IRRESPONSIBLE ?
WHY IS THERE NO SOLUTION PROVIDED OVER THE PHONE ?
IF #CROMA CANNOT HELP CUSTOMER SOLVE THEIR PROBLEM WITH OTHER BRAND #JABRA WHY ARE THEY SELLING THEM ??
