INFINITI RETAIL LIMITED TRADING as CROMA Complaints & Reviews

I wish to bring into your notice that I had returned the Boat BT Headphone Rockerz 558 at the Croma outlet in Vytla, Kochi as the product was of inferior quality and was damaged.
I have been told that since there is no product available at store for replacement, the refund is being processed and will be credited in 5 - 7 working days. I have been following up since more than a month now and there is no information yet on the refund....

Purchased below item - item not delivered - several complaints to Croma online - Croma claim item is delivered but will not provide proof of who received or Delivery Note details. Now money is not being refunded.

I bought a Samsung monitor they deducted the 3205.85 INR as IGST but there is no IGST number mentioned in invoice. Not sure if they are submitting tax to government after taking from end user.
