[Resolved]  Infinity Solution — fraud work at home job

Respected sir, i received called from one telley caller saying infinity solution is a company. She offer me to do "work from home" kind of job where she will give 1500 form which need to fill with in 20 days and she wil pay me 25 rupees per form.

The form type was to reducles and unorder and was impossible to submit with in 20 days.
So i did google and found many complain against same company from multiple customer and they suggest to stop doing work and dont pay any payment

Now that telli caller called me and asked for payment.

They have wrote me a legel email mentioned as below. I have not signed any legel document manually, please suggest

"dear concern,

This is to inform you that, we legal department of infinity enterprise has received your case, and we found that your id come in non submission of your given work. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an indian contract act 1872 you have signed an agreement and if you don't make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious for our client infinity enterprise loss of their work. Now, you need to pay an amount of rs. 6100. As per an indian penal code section 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. Now, you don't pay that amount what our client is demanding for then, you need to pay double amount and legal notice will be issued to you. Still, you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.

Arbitrary act as per an article 14 shall imposed on you. Court will select an arbitrator and at that time you might be need to pay rs. 50000/- for total loss. We want you to cooperate with our client. Please make payment as early as possible.

Please make payment of rs. 6100/-. And provides us payment slip so we terminate your work and give you the noc letter mail.
