infinix laptops,
i want to raise a complaint against infinix laptop to their higher authorities..
Refund my money back asap. Otherwise, i will go to consumer court if the issue not resovlve...
Complaint : within 2 months the laptop completely shut down. While warranty period i went to service centre now here i m going to revise the story again same as i told you 6 times talking to your sincerely agents that the people sitting in your service centres are too kind and generous that they don't know the meaning of manners, when i went there they started showing their attitude, , , etc..Etc..I don't know what is problem occur to laptop,
your agents told us sit aside while laptop is repairing i, m unaware about the issue or the problem happend to laptop i asked them twice what is the issue they said sit your laptop is repairing after 3 hours they told us when i asked what is the issue they said your laptop motherboard is in bad condition ...Come after 10 days now what i think i m a fool i m sitting there from 3 hours, wasted my whole day, take holiday from company, come across 20 km, just to watch their beautiful faces, ..But no response from 20 days
i buy these laptop due to some reasons:
budget friendly,
due to flipkart reviews(now i get it reviews are fake all ###!!!any one can manipulate it)
design awesome(but "as it's said everthing which looks iike gold is not gold")
i lost my harden money in these laptop, , , , according to me, 40000 rupees is not a small amount . I regret i made a very bad decision while purchasing these infinix laptop ...
I want my money should be reunded, , ,
as it was mention there if manufacturing product is defective the laptop should be replaced otherwise refund will be back
replace the laptop asap
or
refund my money back
no response from CUSTOMER CARE
disappointed.
Resolve it...Urgently

Same issue... my Infinix i3 laptop also.. came... suddenly working time.. i got... same... issue... like some lines and... suddenly came black screen... even outside one scratch also not there...
i hv given service center at Sri Jishnu Communications-vijayawada-Andhrapradesh... those people doesn't know any subject... they told... its broken.. if broken.. outside single scratch also not there... they r telling its internally broken... so, its not come into warranty... why its broken internally.. i dont know... working time.. its coming... suddenly like that...
it is under warranty... i purchased this laptop in the month of july 2022, upto this time within 10 months this is 2nd time complaint... first time.. suddenly stopped... that time they told... its board complaint, and they changed board... now.. again this screen complaint... those people r telling... its not come into warranty, As base on this laptop... i loss lot of money and works... its no.1 warrest laptop in the Laptops wing...
even charging also some time... will workout some times it will not work...
now.. i need to rectify all the issues on this laptop... (or) refund my full money immediately..
i have given complaint to again and again customer care also...
i totally disappointed... on this..
so, please support and... resolve this...
